We have to reschedule the Trevor car wash because of the weather. It will now be held on Sunday, September 13, from noon until 4 p.m. There is no cost to participants, but we are accepting donations, which will all be donated to the school. This is an outreach event intended to show our support for our host facility and the community of Trevor. We will also hand out flyers from our church and a small gift to introduce ourselves to the community. And provide a free hot dog and chips. Most of the cost will be covered by donations from some of our attendees as well as support from Thrivent Financial.

We are looking for volunteers from both churches to serve in 1-hour time blocks. Needs are for a check-in station, an actual car wash, and handing out flyers and directing people to the hot dog table, which will be manned by Trevor congregants. We also need some help at 11 a.m. to set up and again at 4 p.m. to tear down. Children are welcome, but must be accompanied by their parents. We also encourage the volunteers to have their own cars washed and grab a bite to eat.
